Have a drink with a "old" friend

Finally Danzil is free to meet me tonight.. We are old friends for 8 years if my memory dont fail me.. We know each other thru PAYM, a place that he nearly make me cry once.. Even typing this blog, I feel very happy and content that our path cross each other.. He is a guy that does not give good 1st impression, in fact sucks... But once you get close to him and be his friends, he is just a nice guy.. He is the type of western guy who is fun and respect one ba.. Okie, he give me the kind of feeling that he can be a good husband as long as his wife know his needs..

We went over Densie the wine bar at Rail Mall tonight, where he pick a bottle of Champagne and later order so finger food.. We chat alot about past and current.. We share what is new our life and thoughts about things.. I dont remember there is one topic that we chat for long cos we are just "old" friends that can talk everything.. The only stuipd question that I ask and talk about is his wallet.. I totally forgetten that I got him the wallet, which is from Braun Buffel and it is years back.. I mean really years back, till I cant remember when.. It is a bit spoil but he is lazy to change cos he is just the kind of guy that hardly shop.. Okie I wont say cos it is me who brought it.. Never.. I believe even if the wallet is another friend who buys he will do the same.. Later part of the night, I commented he is just not the type of guy that will treasure gifts, but I am "shut up" by the wallet again.. This year he gave me a good birthday gift by having a drink with me and chat.. He say no le, but I take it as my birthday gift from him.. 2nd in line to give me birthday treat..

Suddenly, we were talking about the period when our relationship is so complicated that I dont have words to put across but he sum it up with these words : "That moments, we are just seeking comfort in each other." So sweet.. Actually if not for the fact that he is flying soon I may just want to hid in his arm again.. Not to fall in love but maybe just to seek comfort.. Yes, he is leaving Singapore soon for his sisters.. His parent will be joining them at the later part due to Visa issue.. But soon Chu family will be moving to another country.. A part of me feel very sad cos another close friend is flying away but another part of me hope that he will be happier there..

I always believe he will get marry and settle down in oversea cos Singapore ladies just dont suit him.. He is the kind of guy that match with Wastern Ladies better.. So I reminded him that he must remember to send me his wedding photos and to at least call me once in a blue mood.. I believe he will do it on my birthday ba...

Don't you ever dare to forget me cos we cross path and you have a small special place in my heart. Thanks for all the memories that we shared. Must take good care of yourself when you are overseas cos you are there to take care of your sisters. Mucks."

Post edited on 25/05/07 --> Went shopping today and got Dan a new wallet.. It is not too hard for it cos guys design wallet is only a few and it is easy to find one for him too.. A simple guy only need a simple wallet cutting and simple design.. I pick one of the high end cos of the design giving me the signal that it is the "ONE".. I wanted to post it to him but after talking to Sity I find myself calling him to check on his where about.. But in the end I posted it out to him.. Hope he will like it ba...

Post edited on 27/05/07 --> He got it and he like it.. We were on the phone when his parent pass him the envlope.. It is just the moment.. He actually wanted to pay him for helping him to shop but I told him it is a gift for a friend so if you pay then you wont be my friend.. Hehe.. I won!
