Lazy Mood..

There is a mountain of paper on my desk.. In tray, outstanding list not clear.. Alot of paper to be clear and done but yet not done.. I am in a LAZY MOOD.. I cant just sit down and do my work without playing with internet for a min..

I am just thinking that day, is the access to internet in the office good or no good.. It give the staff the freedom to explore the wide world information as well as the reason for not been able to focus on work.. Haiz.. I guess it is also about individual if they are able to focus on work or not.. For me, it is harmful.. I will tend to go online to read blog, write blog, play games etc.. Lucky I still manage to finish work on time..

New Management Lesson..

1) Treat others just the way you wanted to be treated..

Sound very easy, right? But I dare to ask how many people is doing it? Everyone just do things according to their mood or how they think @ that very moment.. I dont know what to say but I facing this kind of treatment right now.. Always complaint people treat like "Superwoman" but yet doing it to others.. Don't like to be treated unfairly but yet doing it to others.. Haiz..


2) Kind words with good tone..

How many leaders out that know the fact that sometime it wont die if you talk nicely to the other that is working in the team.. Of course using nice words must come with nice tone.. If you are not willing to do something just dont be a leader..
