Blues today... (Yesterday ba 3 Nov) I dont understand why sometime people just cant learn to say thanks, please, will you; they must use hash works on other.. Be kind is bad ma? Haiz.. This world is so full of whys, right? Haiz.. But sometime is helps (for us) to think and to learn.. I learn that actually been kind will make a person days, bring smiles on the face and make it more worth it to go the mile.. Yes, I guess this is what the "Go for the extra miles" means.
Catch with Meiyan again.. She just have another bad day at work on Thursday.. (No details for you all cos blogging work is off limit).. I have a mental note after the talk, to be sticking on my track of orders... Not to change my mind every minute.. Well Management is the hardest things to master ba.. Since every human is diff and unique, as part of the management it require really great skill.. To me ba, there isn't a perfect management style.. I think a good manager or leader will be able to handle what he/she has on hand plus able to let go and train up new people.. In the process of letting go and train new people, he/she must able to draw the line of fun and serious.. I guess I am the type of gal that will let my hair down when needed... Share the pain and trouble when my group.. Putting enforcement to my group with a reasonable expectation is part of me.. For your info, I am still under review.. I may pass or fail anytime.. Hahaha...
I miss my cousins & their wife.. I miss the party... Maybe I should take off on Friday to go Toa Payoh... Let try hard next week to close all the work and head to see them.. Yishun can meet at night or go factory to find.. Hmmm... Sound great.. hahaha... I will update you again... :P
